We understand that sometimes it is necessary reschedule or cancel appointments. We ask that you please give us a 24- hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelations within 24 hours of service will be charged 50% of scheduled cost to card on file. No- show appointments will be charged 100% of scheduled cost to card on file. Fees must be paid in full before scheduling another service.
When a No- Show/ Late Cancellation occurs it takes up large blocks of time that effect the stylist as well as other clients. We understand life happens, but we like to respect everyones time.
We kindly ask you contact us ASAP. Clients arriving 20+ minutes late will have to reschedule their appointment. We will do our best to find another appointment time that works for you. No- Show/ Cancellation Policy (above) will be applied to these situations.
We work hard to make your hair goals happen at The Color Bar & Co. If you are unhappy with your hair, please reach out to us with-in 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. While we do not offer refunds on services we would be happy to book a complementary adjustment service for you.
Children's pricing is offered for children 8 years of age and younger. We kindly ask that children only come to their own scheduled appointment times. Adult supervision is required for entire appointment.
The Color Bar & Co will be holding a credit card on file for every client, existing or new. This feature gives both parties flexibility in the check-out process. You will never be required to exclusively pay with the card on file, however in situations that our "cancelation" or "no-show" policies
(see above) apply, the card on file will be charged appropriately.
